THE MELODRAMA: Fire Blown Beasts, Santa Fe Playhouse, September 2024

This year the authors of THE MELODRAMA are not anonymous! Tatiana is one of four playwrights, with her slapstick melodramatic scorcher on gentrification in Albuquerque called Fire Blown Beasts. You can catch her piece along with the plays of Leonard Madrid, Maggie Fine and Dillon Christopher Chitto.

Dates: August 29 - September 15, 2024.
Location: 142 East De Vargas Street, Santa Fe, NM
Showtimes: Thurs-Sat at 7:30 pm / Sun at 2 pm.

A piece sitting at the crossroads of poem and children’s story, Little Bunny experiences the pivotal moment in one’s life where we recognize the vastness of our worth. Tatiana Isabel’s words and Alicia Nelson’s illustrations culminate to be the forever story your inner child needs.

The Tablet of (her) Mind

Sitting in conversation with her play, Lithosphere Heart, playwright Tatiana Isabel brings the notebook motif in the play to life! Featuring two poems from Lithosphere Heart, this zine is a series of handmade and written collage snapshots of Ale's journal as she explores writing fiction, poetry, and working through her feelings.

All funds go toward an in-person workshop of Lithosphere Heart in Albuquerque, NM where Tatiana currently resides.
